Brand Name
When I add a new product it wont let me use my brand name. It states it has to be approved and send in all the info. Well I did all of this when I first started with no problem. I have been putting my brand name in for years and now I cant. Can someone help me solve this?

Do your products have any 'compliance requirements' involved?

Effective September 30, 2024, if Amazon requires you to submit product compliance documents, these must be submitted and approved before you can list the product.

It looks like you are in HANDMADE, as I suspected. You would be best to post in the Handmade forum. There are many issues with Brands under Handmade right now. Also you can try opening a case and asking for HANDMADE assistance. Or send an email to handmade support at support-handmade@amazon.com

This would be true. To sell your own brand you need approvals, and there could be 3 different one to get, depending on your product.
1. Approval to sell your brand on Amazon.
2. Approval to sell in the Category the product falls under.
3. Approval to sell the specific item in question.
Each is approved by a different team.
If your product is ready to place on any retail store shelf in the USA, you will not have any problem. This is because you have already met Amazon's requirements. However, if this is not the case, and you are trying to start a new branded product using the Amazon site, you will have problems.
