Listing suddenly shows wrong "sold by" account on listing page

I've had this ASIN active for months now and was selling it on both FBM then FBA and suddenly it shows a different account on the "Ships from" and "Sold by" that is not mine called Amashumi. My brand name is Hhaus which you can see is clearly still the Store link highlighted. As a result of this my delivery times are being skewed off by a month and its affecting sales.

See screenshot.

I've raised support ticket 3011446863 but as usual they tell me random root causes that is not even remotely related.

A drop shipper offering your product at a lower price and they win the buy now button.

It has happened to me before and I am brand registered.

Check your product photos and ensure that at least 1 of your photos on your listing has your brand name or logo. Also include your brand name in the description of product.

The main image cannot have your logo but the other photos can.

By doing this they cannot hijack your listing because if they did it would be lawful infringement of using your registered business trading name and/or logo. Only then will Amazon take action.

You need to do this to stop drop shippers taking over your listings.

also send them a message and tell them to stop selling your products immediately otherwise you will be taking legal action against them.

Hi @Seller_HvZdhFFjP9Sox,

Thank you for your post.

I've checked the case which you shared with us, and I noticed that your request was focusing on who has the current featured option. It may be better if you change your approach on this issue, and try contacting the seller who is listing your product(, like other sellers are suggesting).

You also have an option to report. Please check the link below to learn how to report:
