Awaiting tracking number

hi,

New to Amazon FBA, all set to send my first box to warehouse. Done my labelling and created a shipment plans etc etc. however the tracking id box is empty. Is it carriers or us filling up the tracking ids?

Says” Shipment details confirmed and labels generated Awaiting tracking information from carrier.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Forums!

If you are using an Amazon partnered carrier, you don't need to enter the carrier tracking number, because the system will generate it for you. It can take up to 24 hours after your shipment has been picked up for the tracking number to become available. You can find more information about Amazon partnered carriers on this help page: Amazon Partnered Carrier program FAQ. If you aren't using a partnered carrier then you will need to enter the tracking number provided to you by your carrier.

You can also create a case with the FBA Seller Support team to have them double check the shipment you have created just to be sure everything is OK.
