Amazon warehouses are not working seriously at all!!
Amazon warehouse made a mistake with my products. I received the most returns ever (more than 20 returns a week) and almost every buyer said they received a different item and there were pictures. However, every time I reported this problem to Amazon, the warehouse always showed me the normal product pictures and told me that the goods were OK. I contacted Amazon 6 times and the answer was the same every time. The warehouse was not working seriously at all!!

do a removal order on one of the returns and see what comes back.
Are you doing co-mingled inventory? Did YOU pack and label each item?
