Review Request

Can anyone tell if we can send review requests to customers? When i tried sending it said that its a policy violation. I wonder why there is an option if we can’t use it. Thank you

you can but the rules are super strict and arbitrary. Many sellers have been banned from sending proactive communications to customers (for any reason) because of this.
