Hi Ken, Need Your Help with Account Reactivation

Hi Ken,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because we’ve been trying to reactivate our account for over four months now and feel like we’ve hit a wall. We’ve submitted all the required documents, including:

  • Authorisation letters
  • Verification emails
  • Brand registration proof
  • Business licence
  • Inventory details
  • Contracts
  • Compliance records

Despite providing everything and addressing the misunderstanding about the multiple cases created earlier, our appeals keep getting rejected. For your reference, here are some of the related case IDs:

  • 2909030513
  • 2872930713
  • 2833853103

We’re really committed to following Amazon’s policies and have done everything we can think of, but we’re stuck.

I was wondering if you could help us figure out how to move forward or escalate this. We’d really appreciate any advice or assistance you can provide.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this, and I hope we can get this resolved soon.

Cheers,

Ian

We have the same issues, Amazon merchant review team is making us stuck even if we pass all the necessary requirements and documentations

Amazon’s customer service is proving to be utterly frustrating. They seem to lack any understanding of the law and behave as though they create their own rules. I've been struggling to reactivate my account without success for months now.

We’ve already provided them with a copy of our ASIC documentation (Australia's corporate regulator), yet they deemed it insufficient. Even after submitting a signed statutory declaration, they’re still claiming it’s not enough. Now, they’re asking for an affidavit—a formal document that must be signed before a judge, solicitor, or similar legal authority.

This makes me wonder: are they positioning themselves as judge and jury, wielding such excessive power? It certainly feels like they’re overstepping their boundaries.

To make matters worse, they’re holding onto thousands of dollars of ours, deciding unilaterally to keep it for 90 days. It begs the question: is selling on Amazon worth it for anyone? Perhaps it’s time to think twice or at least consider the countless blogs detailing how they exploit sellers—like allowing customers to return products with no questions asked at the seller’s expense.

It’s exhausting, and I’m starting to see why so many sellers walk away from this platform.

Thanks Amazon,

Andrew
