Is it worth trying to sell single issue magazines?
I have three boxes of single issue magazines from around 2000-2015 that are all already listed on Amazon. I note, however, that few if any have a sales ranking, a fact which I believe indicates that none have sold. Can anyone give me any evidence that listing them would be worth the effort? Right now, I believe that the best decision would be to send them for recycling and concentrate on adding books and media.

I have experience with this, and can tell you that no, it is not worth listing them.
For every 100 you list, you might sell 3 a year for under $10 each.
