Do not ship to parcel lockers!

AusPost has a flaw in their parcel locker system. The customer bought from me, picked it up from the parcel locker, switched the item with a used version and refused delivery. AusPost said the time between pick up and refusal of delivery was 2 hrs!!!

They won the A-Z claim and now i'm stuck with the used product. I appealed and got the a-z claim strike reversed but the customer still got their refund. I've contacted amazon again but i don't think they'll do anything for me.

Got my response from amazon. Pretty much that's it. The claim is done, i can't add to it, amazon support wipes their hands clean.

Gotta eat the loss...At least i learned the lesson of never sending to a parcel locker ever again. Might apply to P.O Box as well.
