Bank Account Holder Name Wrong for new deposit method

We are trying to change entity for the account. So far we have completed changing the 1. Legal Entity (Tax Information); 2. Official Registered Address; 3. Business Address and Phone Number

But now we are stuck at changing deposit method. We added a new deposit method so that future payments will transfer to our new entity instead of old entity, but on the verification page where we need to upload the bank statement, Amazon provides old entity bank holder name as options. We cannot proceed because the bank statement will not have old entity bank holder name on it and may not be verified. We cannot verify the bank account and we can not assign the marketplaces to new bank account.

We have opened cases with Amazon (case id 14829065461 & 14799067721), and tried calling account health team, but no help at all. The bank account holder name on verification page is still not updated to new entity names.

Is there any other solution that we can get the "bank account holder name options" fixed and get verified?

That is because a seller account cannot be sold or transferred.

Did you contact seller support previously before changing your Legal Entity and the other settings? Anything has to be re-verified and you have to prove (not with words) that the one who created the account is the owner of the new entity.

if you go to your account ->Business information->? Legal entity do you see old entity details or new one, if you still seeing old entity are u able to edit this information ?
