How do I charge buyers return label fee?

I have several returns from buyers, their reasoning is ‘ no longer wanted’ , ‘ too small or too large’.

So how can I charge buyers the return label fee? Thanks

If they actually used those as reasons for the return Amazon should NOT be charging you for the label cost.

You have to look at the details on the return to see if they did or not. There should be a line showing "return shipping' which allows you to check the box if you want to refund it or not. I NEVER refund the cost to the buyer if it is their mistake.

If they DID charge you with the label cost then you need to file a Safe-T claim and ask for the money back.

Hello @Seller_GfgGQXRNhY8M7

I didn't look to see what your product listings are, but If you are selling clothing, then those returns are an exception to standard buyer-faulted return policies. Sellers must provide free return shipping for clothing items regardless of the reason for return.
