How to disable Amazon Resale
We sell bedding and pillows and are starting to notice Amazon Resale listings winning the Buy Box on some of our pillow listings. This is a hygiene concern as we do not resell any used or opened product for safety reasons. How can I disable this option so that Amazon is not able to resell out products?

Not only is this a hygiene issue, it's a legal issue in many states. Seems like Amazon would be aware of that.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! This would be in the return settings. The automated unfulfillable settings will allow you to disable grade and resell and refurbishments.
