I need to correct the wrong shoe size information uploaded
Hi friends,
The shoe sizes in our country are very different from those in the United States. They need to be converted. The shoe sizes I uploaded two years ago were found in sales to be separated from male and female sizes. They need to be converted according to their own rules. However, I didn't know at that time, so the uploaded sizes are all universal sizes. This is not suitable, so the return rate is high. Now I need to update them to separate male and female sizes and open some CASE. How can I solve this problem? The size editing positions on the page are all locked, open a CASE recently,( ID:15167401711), and those customer service personnel don't understand it very well. The recommended ones are all wrong, and there is no way to solve the problem.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you are having issues with your variations. First, you will need to delete your parent ASIN's so you can break the variations apart. You can do this by removing them in your listings page, or with a file.
Next, please review this thread that my teammate Danny has created, which has some great information on variations in it. You will need to create new variations when you update the information, making sure that you have your child, women's and men's listings under their own parent by downloading the category specific file for shoes here.
In order to ensure that you create them correctly, please ensure you read all the information provided in the thread I provided to you, as even your titles are not correct right now on your listings. The parent should only be the product name, the child should be the product name followed by the color and size.
Once you have uploaded with all the correct information, this should update your listings for you. Once you have updated the information that was stated for your parent ASIN's as stated in the case, you should be able to add a size chart.
