account deactivation
i am a new seller on amazon seller, i have created account and also pay the charged method, but now i am not able to sale on seller account due to deactivation of my account for not submitting the documents,
the problem is that i don't know what other documents they want for reactivation, though i have sent my national id card, passport and also business card, but they want to gas bill, my gas bill is on my grandfather's name because we live in a joint family, please guide me. Thank you.

Bro. they will not accept if the document is not on your name. my suggestion would be that you contact a internet service in your area and make a contract with them for internet service, make sure the contract is on your name. This way you can send Amazon the monthly internet service bill that you recieved from your internet company. i Hope this resolve your issue. JAZAKALLAH KHER
