Why doesn't Amazon check emails?

What I don't understand is that I write to Amazon for a funding request, it says an email will be sent, but I don't, but I send an email, it says a call will be made, but it doesn't, I don't understand. Is there anyone who can help?

I have checked your account and can see that an email was sent to you May 1st.You can check this in your Performance Notifications.

On your Account Health dashboard you have an option to Submit new information or to Contact the Account Health team. Due to the status of your account I have very limited access and can't provide you with any further details.
