Customer left two 1-star reviews for one product ordered
A customer ordered a product from me and then requested a cancelation. I fulfilled the customers request right away by canceling the order for them. The customer then ordered the item once again when I restocked it and claimed it was damaged upon arrival. They then left two 1-star reviews on my account. One for the canceled item, and one for the exact same item they re-ordered. I understand it is out of my control for someone to review my account after ordering and receiving a product, but why are they able to leave a second review for the same item that they canceled? Could this be customer specifically going after me through this loophole in order to hurt my business? I don't know, but I have tried to get the canceled item review removed and have had no success. I tried the removal request and contacted amazon multiple times. Not sure what I should do at this point, but I don't see any logical explanation for this besides an error made by amazons' system. If anyone has any advice or can explain whatever I missed I would appreciate that. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Seller_rQ06MnRPoOm2u
Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.
For clarification, are you referring to seller feedback that you received or product reviews that are displayed on the product detail page?
For reference, product reviews provide a description about the quality of the product, its function or usefulness. Seller feedback covers the experience provided by the seller from whom the product has been purchased, in terms of reliability, quality, and overall fulfilment experience.
If you see reviews that you think violate our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. You can also send email an to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
To request removal of feedback, go to the Feedback Manager. In the Recent Feedback table, next to the specific Order ID, select Request removal under the Actions column.
Please feel free to update this thread if you need additional assistance. If you are referencing feedback, you can also include the case ID number related to the feedback removal request and I can review the correspondence already provided.
