Problem Encountered:

The Amazon department is really inefficient

My flagship store link attribute is inconsistent with the brand, Repeatedly contacted the Amazon team and failed to get it taken care of. The advertising team, brand support, and brand support team push each other away.

Case ID:17674518951,Prompts that the brand ID is incorrect and you need to contact the brand team to change the brand ID.

Case ID:17702295951.Tip: Brand ID modified successfully, but need me to wait 7-10 days, after the fifth day did not succeed once again contact customer service.

It's now almost over a month later and the problem still hasn't been dealt with.

Hello Amazon, please address your policies that are incoherent with used items for international selling as well as domestic. Generally speaking, Amazon allows for sale of some used items, yet requires invoices for such items at times (to verify purchase, supply chain, etc). There is no such thing as an invoice for a used item.

A buyback model, for example, is one that used by used item sellers. But these are used items bought off various people wanting to get a little cash, not large suppliers with 1000s of fresh items ready to sell to you that can be resold on Amazon.

You need to develop a new policy, because this destroys small businesses if they face false claims.
