Account set up irregularities
Have to raise this here as am a new seller, account created, verified paid etc but can't open a case on my issue under Help-> Manage Support Cases. When I click on 'Create new case' it takes me to - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/center?redirectSource=Hill and the loop continues
Meanwhile, my issues -
- I was forced to register as a Professional account as was adviced (refer case id xxxxxxxxx) thats the only way but I can change soon after to Individual. However, In the mean time, my credit card was debited of AUD 55 and need a refund.
- Secondly, I want to sell as an Individual ONLY in Australia, whereas my account shows US, Canada & mexico with few activated randomly and that to as a Professional account. Please correct this.
- Further, under 'Manage Your Services' under 'Account overview' it shows my availabillity in multiple companies, please correct all of them as suggested above. To reiterate, I am selling from/ to ONLY Australia.
- Likewise, this confusion carries through everywhere. For instance when I am listing a new product, when I reach the pricing section it's USD instead of AUD. Then when I check on top left, next to Amazon Seller Central, I see the country is US. No way I can change any of this
