Multi Channel Fulfillment - tracking numbers
Hi
Is there anyway for Amazon to send tracking numbers/shipping confirmation to the customer automatically, like they would for a standard Amazon order?
When I manually create an order (I mostly do FBA but sell the odd thing directly) I usually add the customer's email address so it seems possible but can't find an option to turn on where Amazon will send them shipping details.

How to track your Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders
Our MCF partners provided a link to the above help page, with a focus on the below section:
Swiship.com tracks all MCF orders for all carriers and it also shows all tracking for all packages in an order. Search Swiship using any MCF tracking number to get tracking information, or send your customers a direct link to their Swiship tracking page. If you provide MCF your customer’s email when creating an order, MCF will email your customer a shipment confirmation email with a link to their shipment’s Swiship tracking page.
