OTP SET UP FOR EACH USER / COMPUTER

Is it possible to set the OTP to multiple users? 4 different users, 4 different IP addresses.

Our main contact on the account is getting innovated with text messages to let us in the account.

We all have signed up with member permissions, opted out to no avail.

Just to clarify, are all four users currently sharing the same login credentials for the primary account? If so, this might be why the OTP messages are all going to the main contact. For security reasons, it’s generally not ideal for multiple team members to work with the primary account directly.

Instead, you could set up individual accounts for each user through the 'User Permissions' feature in Seller Central. This way, each user has their own login credentials and would receive OTPs directly, eliminating the need for the main contact to let everyone in. If you’ve already set up user permissions and are still experiencing this issue, it might be worth double-checking that everyone is using their unique credentials.
