How to remove a bad review?
Hello! I just recieved my first 1 star review, The customer was complaining about the price tag on the socks being under what he paid for and saying I ripped him off, aswell as using profanity in his review.
Is this my fault? I read the review policies and it does not fall in line with it.
I created a case but it just gets denied. I am confused why they wont remove it when it breaks 2 of their policies? (Pricing + Profanity)

Assuming you are talking about product review, not seller feedback, then it will not be removed.
When Amazon does remove product reviews it will be for their own reasons; never in response to anything a seller does.
Even if you know who left the review, you may not contact them.
