Lost Shipment, Investigation Completed
Hello to everyone--
I am in need of someone to help and/or guide me on where to go with this.
I sent in 6 boxes on 9/4/23 (Shipment ID FBA17CL2K60M) with a total of 180 items. All boxes were delivered on 9/6/23, as shown on Amazon's shipment tracking and UPS proof of delivery. Shipment status is Closed with 54 missing units, but shows "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed." The 54 missing items were all the contents of Boxes 2 and 3, which means these boxes went missing. All other boxes were received and in my inventory.
I submitted (and resubmitted) case 14119435291 and received the same exact replies stating "As part of this review, we perform a second, physical count to reconfirm the quantity of the items received. Items are marked "Investigation Completed–shipment contents counted and confirmed" when we have completed the review." Performing physical count would not have been possible, if these boxes were missing; I did not send empty boxes. Box 2 is 36.18 lbs and box 3 is 24.38 lbs. On 11/3/23, a Seller Support Rep replied to tell me that "we still have no record of receiving the specific units in question," but out of goodwill, they issued reimbursement on 2 SKUs (total 7 items); they in turn removed those 7 from the missing items.
I have provided UPS proof of delivery and proof of purchase for all missing items.
