Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated

My Amazon USA account has been deactivated May 26, 2024, and Amazon required Utility bill and credit card and business license, I have submitted All the required documents but Amazon Not accepted, My account health is 100% and there is no issue and all ratings are 100% positive, I don't know why Amazon suspended my account and I have invested lot of money on account and I'm selling only product of my own brand. Original Notification of suspension is below.

Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. 90 days after receiving this notification, you may request a funds disbursement by contacting . We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our system or repeatedly violated our policies which protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all of the funds in your account.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.)))))))))

If Any member of Amazon team is present kindly Guide me why this is happening and support me to reinstate the account and if possible arrange a video call interview for me I want to show all the documents on video call.

Any member from seller community having experience related to this issue have a humble request to support me

1. The name and address have to match EXACTLY on your bill as to what you used to sign up with.

2. You need a valid credit card, not a debit card
