Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated

I originally created this account as an individual seller account. Recently, I updated my account information to reflect my registered business, XXXXX+XXXXXX+LLC, as part of a transition to a business account. This is my only Amazon Seller account, and I do not own or operate any other accounts.

Here is the email i received, Can anyone please help or tell what went wrong?

I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you are seeking guidance and clarity to get this resolved. I am here to support you in any way I can.

From what you have shared so far, this sounds like you may have opted in for global selling and one of your stores in another region has become deactivated. Can you confirm if the name of the store related to you in the performance notification you received, is exactly your store name as well? If so, you must visit the stores in your other regions to learn which one has been deactivated.

To do this, I suggest selecting your store name at the top of seller central to access the drop down to visit each of the global stores. If stores other than your North American stores are NOT visible from that drop down, you can visit the help page below and use the table that allows you to access the login page for all available stores.

After locating the affected store, I suggest to visit the performance notification section to learn why the store is deactivated and what is required for reinstatement. Once the deactivated store has been restored, your US store will be eligible for reinstatement.

Once you have reviewed this information, please let me know what you find and what steps you have taken to get this resolved. I am looking forward to your response and I hope you have a great rest of the day.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
