when does amazon ask for children product certificate (cpc)

im going to start selling a baby product that require children product certificate (cpc) but I want to know when does amazon require and ask me for the certificate.

after I start selling, months after or weeks... or as soon as amazon gets my product on the warehouse??

You better have one in your possession before you list it!

Probably because they are tired of being sued by parents or the Government (in MANY countries) for causing harm to children.

It's expensive and really bad publicity.
