Receiving performance notifications in Chinese language
We receive performance notifications in Chinese even if the default language in our account settings is set in English.
This makes it hard for us to understand the messages we receive, especially since we are resolving an issue on our account about inconsistent child variations.
We've been receiving messages in Chinese since 22 July 2023 and opened cases to Amazon.
The issue is still unresolved.
The active case is Case ID 14094973391.
Has anyone also experienced the same issue? How were you able to resolve it? Any input is much appreciated.
