My supplier is not recognized by Amazon
One of my products has been reported as counterfeit. But I did purchase from a well-known shopping website, and I provided the purchase invoice, but it still didn't go through. My supplier is in Japan, and very specific and influential information can be found on Google. I don’t understand why my supplier is not recognized by Amazon.I even suspect that I was reported by my peers. What should a seller who sells genuine products do if he cannot appeal successfully for his products? Isn't this a joke?

sounds like you purchased from a retailer rather than an official wholesaler/distribution/manufacturer?

Hi @Seller_ifRjcOmdHHeQY
Thanks for your post and for using the Seller Forums.
As mentioned by @Seller_4UClVQ6omP32Uit's possible that your invoice has not been accepted if it isn't from an official wholesaler. If this is the case then is possible that your listing will not be reinstated. You will need to work with the Account Health team to have this reviewed.
The following video on Seller University may provide you with some more information for sourcing products: Guidelines to source products to sell on Amazon.
