Where is the option to request removal of seller feedback that is product review

Hello Sellers,
Happy 4th Quarter! Hopefully you’re starting to get higher sales.
According to https://sellercentral.amazon.com.au/help/hub/reference/G20231, Amazon can remove seller feedback if “The entire feedback comment is a product review”. However, we can’t seem to find an option to request to remove a seller feedback that is a product review. Feedback Manager only shows the options to “Contact customer” or “Post a public reply”. Seller support “Contact Us” page also doesn’t have any option to request seller feedback removal.

Sellers or Moderators, Please advise how to do this request, or is this type of request still available? Thanks in advance.

However, we can’t seem to find an option to request to remove a seller feedback that is a product review. Feedback Manager only shows the options to “Contact customer” or “Post a public reply”. Seller support “Contact Us” page also doesn’t have any option to request seller feedback removal.

I could not see this option available in AU, probably available in other countries.

However we usually use below formate:

Contact Us > Selling on Amazon issue > Other Issue > Make a suggestion > and change the headline to “Remove Feedback” and write your comments.

Hope you all have a good sale and yes, let’s continue to be happy :)…

I’ve been looking for the answer to your problem lately and yes I finally found the solution!.

Report this situation to Amazon and finally decide to remove the negative comment :).

In short, you can file a lawsuit through Amazon and submit your request. If your request is positive, they take responsibility for the comment and delete it.

Select ‘Contact Us’ under the need more help section.

Select ‘selling on Amazon’,
Select ‘fufillment by Amazon’
Select ‘Orders’
Choose ‘investigate an order’

Use the following “please remove feedback for this order as it is a product review”

Enter the order number from the feedback.

submit.

We’ve submitted a seller support Other Issue and Make a suggestion ticket with a title of “Requesting to remove a Seller Feedback that is a product review (Order Id …)” and that they’ve acknowledged and removed the inappropriate entry and the rating from our seller feedback.
