Section 3 on my Account
Hi
I am writing to discuss regarding the deactivation of my Amazon Seller Central account. I am in the process of launching my private label brand and had submitted all the required information during account creation, including a valid debit card and government-issued identity documents.
To clarify, my brand is a private label, and I operate an official website featuring the same products listed on Amazon. I created my product listings using original images and content, fully compliant with Amazon's guidelines and policies. My inventory was prepared and ready to be shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers via the FBA program, and I had already generated and applied Amazon-compliant product labels.
On April 16, I received a notification that my account had been deactivated. In response to the initial appeal request, I submitted a valid business license and a utility bill with my name. Unfortunately, my appeal was rejected. I then submitted a second appeal with additional documentation but have not yet received a response.
2 days ago I have submitted a new appeal along with the following supporting documents that Amazon required for removing deactivation
Government-issued driver's license
Business license and utility bill (resubmitted for reference)
Bank statements
Internet bill
Complete company and owner details
All of these documents are included with a PDF fileS
i again recieved a response on apeal section that We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.
Please help me what I can do now
Sincerely,

Hi we have not been selling on amazon australia since 2 years and still they deactivated our account applying section 3. Due to this our account in UK, USA are also deactivated. Their health team is so bad that they do not even explain what do they expect. Amazon has perhaps worst robiotic support.
