Shipment delivered but not received

i need help and guidance about these above mentioned fba shipments which were delivered at fba warehouse on 13th of march 2024 and 9th of march 2024 and they are simply one small box each and it is mentioned at track shipment page that it can take maximum 10 days to start receiving shipment but here it is now more than 40 days but it is still sort of pending status can you please help me escalate matter to fba centre

Hello @Seller_gELgmyPY9lY6O, sometimes there can be delays in the receiving process if the fulfillment center is receiving a large volume of shipments at once or if there were any packing/labeling issues. Unfortunately, this process cannot be expedited.
Review here what to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment.
If shipment FBA17R5HYK2D is not received by April 24th and/or FBA17R5J6LY6 is not received by April 29th, go ahead and open a case requesting investigation. Keep me updated!
