Unable to submit appeal for Handmde, Given mail address sending automatic replies, Support Team doesn't help

We receieved and email from <handmade-store-appeal-review@amazon.com> which inform us during the recent review, they determined that we may not be meeting the requirements of selling in the Handmade category and they gave ASIN: B0CG3RKR7R as an example.
On the mail, they stated Within 5 days, we need to send requested information to handmade-store-appeal-review@amazon.com for reactivation. Here is the mail sent initially:
Since, our products are handmade and there is a store which is selling same products on Amazon Handmade ( Check: https://www.amazon.com/stores/ClickedCraft/page/292F6BE8-067F-474E-B1D0-D448F7E4132A?ref_=ast_bln), We provided all neccessary information which is requested on the email.
Firstly we replied this initial mail back because it was already coming from handmade-store-appeal-review@amazon.com, however in a couple of minutes, we receieved following automated answer:

It was weird because our reply was sent by email address which created our seller account and also applied and accepted handmade at the beginning, here is the address: ahmetiscanamazon1@ gmail.com
Whatever, after this we directly sent an email to handmade-store-appeal-review@amazon.com instead of replying back the mail. But the answer was same automated reply.
We created case 13657879521 to inform support about this situation and requesting help. However, we replied back with this information:
"After further review, I was able to fund that under the email ahmetiscanamazon1@ gmail.com there is an application that was rejected. For more information on why was rejected you can check the notification sent by our application department.Please keep into account that their decisions are final and as per security guidelines we are not able to reach them on your behalf. This process is reviewed by a separate team from us and we do not have access for further information."
It was not making any sense and we replied this mail (case 13657879521 ) that this reply is not acceptable and we asked these questions:
"How can we be rejected if we didn't receieve any mail or case regarding to this rejection?
How it is possible to being rejected when other company can sell the same items which are must be producted in the same way we produce? "
And we replied back with: ( I'm summerizing content) "
As stated in the previous communication and performance notification received from the Handmade Integrity team, after their review, this team have determined that you may not be meeting the requirements of selling in the Handmade category. This does not mean that you were rejected for the Handmade feature, we apologize for the misunderstanding in the past communication.
The Handmade Integrity team refers specifically to the Handmade ASIN: B0CG3RKR7R.
Please refer to the Handmade performance notification received and provide all the required details to the email address handmade-store-appeal-review@amazon.com"
We sent our detailed appeal once again and there were nothing left us except waiting and wishing our listing will not be inactive.
And today, we took another mail which is saying that our 8 listing is deactivated because we didn't replied back to appeal request and we will not be able to list products on handmade category, please check this:

Please help us, we already respond to the mail and we answered all questions in the initial mail very detail. We can sent our appeal to any mail address you want, just we need guidance. What should we do now, our appeal mail is sending to requested e mail address by the creator mail address of our account how it can't be recognized by your system ?
Please help us about this issue and guide us how to proceed.
Sorry for the long post, As you can imagine it is very frustrated and annoying and we left in here without helpless by support or this email.
