SALES/RANKING PLUMMET from ASIN Issue- SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
We have an ongoing issue, have spoken with Seller Support countless times, and have not gotten any answers or a resolution. Every day it is the same thing... We call and speak to someone who sends us to the Catalog team who then sends us to the Internal team, and where we are told that everything on the backend in "Selection Central" appears to be correct.
Before this issue, multiple products were ranked #1 Best Seller & and #1 New Release! We were thrilled that our sales were on fire, averaging 100+ sales per day and now we are struggling to get 5 sales a day. It is UNBELIEVABLE! We've lost ALL of our ranking and it has cost us significant revenue and every day this remains unfixed.
Our issue is: We added 3 new child ASINs with 3 existing child (existed for over a year) ASINs under the same parent. The 1 Child ASIN appears to be visual in the Family Tree under the Parent ASIN in 'Manage Inventory', yet 1 of the existing Child ASINs, which is our main driver appears to be separated from the parent ASIN from the product page/ Amazon.com consumer side.
I have attempted to address this discrepancy by making adjustments through the template sheet, but unfortunately, these efforts have proven ineffective in reconciling the display issue on the product page.

Greetings @Seller_ZKPGxuH26HeIi,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your variation. In order to investigate further can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID on this issue so I can review further? Thank you for your understanding.

We've been dealing with child Asin's getting removed from parent Asin's for several months now. Duplicate child variation, inconsistent child variations violations - no explanation as to what is causing the removal. Then those child Asin's that are now on their own listing don't even show in product search on Amazon.com. We just threw in the towel and stopped putting effort into Amazon. There are other marketplaces that issues like this do not exist. So we dedicate more time to those marketplaces.
