Responding to Open Cases

I keep trying to respond to open cases in Seller Central and get this error:

Internal failure

Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again.

Then I get a car puzzle I have to solve which then deletes all my information that the Seller support asked for, and I still cannot submit reply.

How does one do this is this is not working?

Are you receiving any error messages when this screen is populating? Additionally, can you describe what you are seeing when you are not able to submit the information?

With this in mind, some basic troubleshooting options would the following:

- Clear cookies and caches.

- Disable any running scripts.

- Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.

- Restart the browser.

- Try calling from a different browser.

- Try using incognito mode of browser for calling

- Check for internet connectivity issue and if possible use a different service provider.

In addition to these troubleshooting options, I would also like to inquire about why you are attempting to create a case. If it is an issue we can with which we can assist you here in the forums, please share that information here in the thread.
