My store was closed due to identity verification after deciding to operate in the Japanese marketplace. Then I made a video call for this. Everything progressed positively and I was told that an answer would be received within five business days. However, although I waited for months and wrote again and again, I could not get any results. They told me to make an appointment again, but I did not receive an e-mail for an appointment. I did not receive any messages to attend the meetings arranged at the specified times and no one did. I sent the requested documents many times, but there was no response. Also, I cannot select the call me now option because the language option and phone line must be Japanese. I can't do my job.
