I received a $3,616.66 charge from Amazon under the "others" transaction type

Amazon charged my reserved amount balance $3,616.66 with no reason, transaction type is Other, no more other details showed for this transaction.  I have opened multiple cases to get an explanation about this transaction but seems like they don't want to answer me. They transferred the first case After 8 days no response. My Case ID# 15801002431. The latest case ID# 15841089331

Could anyone help me with that? How could I know the details of the transaction?

Is your account in good standing? Does your account have any current claims for in-authentic products, etc.? If you are suspended and Amazon has accused (and has proof) that you have broken any of the many rules we all operate under they can seize your funds. If you are open and honest perhaps another seller who has been through something similar can help you fight it and get your money back.

I have been in the business world since the mid 90's. I have never seen a worse accounting system than what Amazon uses. No other company charges you and list it as "others". No explanation. No description. Nothing! This is the most SHADY thing about Amazon. They have intentionality set it up this way. It appears from the outside, that every now and then, they will charge you $2-3 (which is normal for us) and hope that since it is such a small amount you won't waste you time trying to figure out what is for. SHAAAAADDDYYYY!!!!

And don't get me started trying to figure out what they actually paid you for. Once again they intentionality made it almost impossible to find out. It's like they tell you "Here's your balance, here's your reserve, and here's you some money for your disbursement. We really don't know why that amount, but we're not going to tell you even if we did."

Why can't they give us a "easy-to-read" invoice every month?

This is what we paid you for- (description)

This would be WAY beyond Amazon's comprehension of what a business or seller would want!

Keep nagging them. DO NOT accept that your case has been "transferred". That means ignored. I had a charge once and it took me twelve support cases and three different mods to get any answers. Come to find out Amazon had billed us five times supposedly for the same order number and the same tracking number from four years ago.

Do not give up! Fight, fight fight. Open new cases every day and do not let the mods lead you to believe you have been "transferred" either. It took me six weeks but I finally got the funds back.

DO NOT give up!

Depending on your date range of the transaction, it might be your coupon redemptions from April through May 12th 2024. They sent out an email and I had $1,734 taken which I'm still working to get reimbursed for part of. Good luck to you!

this is the third time Amazon is deactivating my account. we have not violated your policies and have not made any sales either. why is our seller account deactivated for a thrid time.

we have paid for subscription for Amazon to deliver a service, the service have not been delivered. our account is deactiavted. this not fair and just and its againt the law and fairness to our company. all the information your require about our company is on your file. why are you requesting for this information over and over again.

pls reactiavte my account or put our subcription which is currently running on hold pending the reactivation of our account or cancelation of our subcription or closing of this seller account and refund of our funds.

if you dont take proper action we will be sueing amazon for breach of contracts for the service which they said the will provide in good faith. you can not decativate our account yet go ahead to charge our account for subcrption for service not rendered. we will sue amazon in the United states for this breach if our account is not reactiavted in the next 2days. thank you

on my 'other' charges, I click on the dollar amount and get details on the charge....a lot of people either don't understand this or it is not available all the time.

Payments>Payments>Transaction View>Transaction Type (select other)>Input the Date Range>click update>under 'total', click the amount for more detail.

Sometimes you can get more info this way.
