Random Brands taking over Listings
Hello. A little background. We do not own any of the brands, nor run any of the brands that this has happened to, but we are partners with these brands to sell on Amazon. Lately, numerous listings have had their Brand Name changed to random brands (one called SUAVEC and the other called chimoo). One of the listings has since been deactivated by Amazon due to trademark issues- caused by the listing be changed to this SUAVEC brand. I've talked to seller support numerous times to revert to the original brand name to fix the issue, but their answers don't make much sense. Has anyone had success in re-verting the brand name back to the original?
Seller support stated that once you are a "representative" of a brand name, you can change any listing to that brand name. Personally, that sounds unbelievable to me. Any help would be great.
P.S. we are launching our own brand and will do the brand registry program for that specific brand, but these brands we are having issues with are not owned by us.
Thanks!

Hello @Seller_kCQSwpzlzocFf,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist. I will need the relevant data that sounds like you have already provided to Seller Support so if you can list those case ID's here, I can review them and start investigating.
Also, you mention 2 brand names here that ASINs were changed to, is it just those 2 brands that the ASINs have been changed to? Are all the affected ASINs listed in the case ID(s) you will share?
I look forward to assisting wherever I can.
Best, Dougal
