Why AMAZON doesn't provide a photo of the "damaged item"??

I received some returns, customers commented too big, not damaged, why amazon noted the status of product as damaged and auto-removed, without letting us know if it is true (maybe a photo???). I saw here many sellers found out their "damaged items" are actually not damaged at all! So now i am wondering if these returned "damaged" items are really damaged. I can understand in the warehouse FBA must be very busy, but doesn't mean the cost of sellers shouldn't be considered. And we pay for the FBA service, the price now even increased. At least show us the prove for the damaged item!!

Hello @Seller_ju6hqZ1sKXTFh,

Thanks for the post. I do understand you would like to to review the returned item that the FBA warehouse marked as damaged before it is returned to you for you to review for yourself. Unfortunately, that is not the process for these type of returns. However, I do want to ensure you're aware of this beta program. This FBA inventory program is being tried out by a small group of sellers that have been invited to the program and allows for returns to be directly sent to you. This would allow for you to review the returns on your timeframe and determine its condition as well. When the Beta phase is finished, Amazon may move forward with offering the program to all sellers.

Kindest regards,

Veronica_Amazon
