im trying to add uae and Saudi saudas well from seller central USA account. But I had applied for signup on amazon.ae as well which was rejected and amazon said we cannot activate Neither we would explain othe issue.

Hello @Seller_Z94EM3IHS3Fu8,
I understand that you are trying to register in the Saudi Marketplace but are having issues. I would suggest logging into the first marketplace and completing the verification process. Once successfully completed, you can expand globally by navigating to the sell globally dashboard, and selecting the link to the UE/Saudi.
If you are still experiencing an issue I would suggest opening a case with Support for troubleshooting.
