Advertiser support Very unprofessional - 1 month they do not escalate or fix my case
I need help to contact advertising leadership team.
Because after a month of waiting it to be escalated and going back and forth , i believe the advertiser support is not helping at all.
I do not know how they got recruited.
They do not have the basic knowledge and are not helping me at all.

Amazon Ads is self serve, like Google and Microsoft ads that do not require an account manager or rep to create and manage advertisements.
Amazon provides Seller University for sellers to learn the systems. Support is available to assist is the systems have an error.
Support will respond and attempt to assist with all issues but just like the Marketplace Support, they are there to help when something goes wrong with the system.

I do not know of a way to contact Amazon Ad support leadership team directly.
Working through your issue. You have a product that you want to advertise but its ineligible.
You have prior experiance getting the same product approved but that has not applied and its been a month.
There are some barriers to advertising an item that even special "approval" may not circumvent.
How are you certain your item is eligible? Are you certain you are eligible?

Support is not being unprofessional.
This does not need to be escalated.
Your item is not eligible.
Seller please review Seller U and Help menu to review policies BEFORE asking for help. Someone is literally waiting for help because you are taking up support resources.
