Package delivered but Amazon refund buyer with A-to-Z

Parcel shipped from Armenia to Italy and delivered on time, tracking number RF163050791AM shows it was delivered but amazon granted A-to-Z to the buyer and my account now on the risk of blocking. And didn't accept the appeal as I didn't have enough proof. There is no option to add photos or documents in the appeal section.

This is a disgrace to amazon. I am tired of such poor seller support, in many years of working with amazon this is probably the hundredth absurd and unfair move by amazon.

I understand your frustration with this A-to-Z claim, but wanted to point out that Amazon is only able to guarantee and reimburse on failed delivery for shipping that is purchased directly through Amazon.

When shipping is purchased outside of the Amazon system (such as through the carrier directly or a third party provider), sellers are fully responsible for any issues that may arise with delivery.
