Account Level Reserve is my entire balance

My account level reserve has been my entire balance for over 2 months. I have contacted Seller Support over 10 times to ask for help with this issue and not a single person has actually helped. Every time an agent says they are going to "transfer" my case to a specialist and then they leave the chat. I have been attempting to fix this issue for several weeks now and have no idea what to do. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed once again with Amazon Seller Support.

Dear @Seller_xYmg7D1tFKG7C, there is no exact answer to this. But as per my experience, if you have good sales to cover your storage/fulfillment expenses, Returns under permitted limit, Healthy Account health and good IPI (Inventory Performance Index), then there are least chances of this reserve to be 100%.

If all these are good, and you are still not getting money, you should try to further increase your sales so that system is triggered to release funds.

You did not mention if your account has any issues you are dealing with currently. Is the account deactivated? Are you working through any appeals?

But as per my experience, if you have good sales to cover your storage/fulfillment expenses, Returns under permitted limit, Healthy Account health and good IPI (Inventory Performance Index), then there are least chances of this reserve to be 100%.
