MCF returns: Pre-paid return labels
Is there a way to incorporate pre-paid shipping labels for Multi-Channel Fulfillment returns when creating a Return Label/ Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Slip?
*** We understand that AMZ does NOT provide postage for MCF returns... we just want to find an easier way to create a pre-paid return label from within this process! The current process (outlined below) is very time-consuming.***
As outlined in the corresponding MCF returns help page:
Are there any settings within our Seller Central account that can turn the option to generate pre-paid return labels for MCF (that we pay for)?
We currently sell via FBA and MCF. Is it because we aren't FBM (Seller-Fulfilled) that we can't customize MCF return settings?

Here's an example of a MCF return and the RMA ID + Return Label/ Instructions that are generated:
The Return Label below does not generate a pre-paid label...
(Again, we understand that AMZ does NOT cover the return postage costs for MCF orders... we just want to find an easier way to create a pre-paid return label from within this process!)
We're more than happy to pay for postage... just hoping there's a way to seamlessly include pre-paid details in this MCF returns process.

Again, given there doesn't appear to be an option within the MCF order to include a pre-paid return label^ - we have to resort to cutting/pasting instructions that fuse together a pre-paid return label with the above return instructions/ details (barcode). It's extremely time-consuming:

Tatiana from Amazon here. This is a good question and I can understand why you might want this feature for MCF. Currently, prepaid return shipping labels are only generated for seller fulfilled orders that were originally purchased on Amazon.com. There is no process to create a prepaid label through Seller Central. As you already saw from the help page, both the creation of the actual label and cost of the label are the responsibility of you or your customer for MCF returns.
However, I did want to provide you with a link to your Amazon Selling Partner Appstore. This page contains 3rd party applications and partners that have been vetted by Amazon. There may be a 3rd party application here that could possibly help with the creation of return labels.
