Cancelling FBA Shipment (Pallet shipment to AMZ)

Hello,

I had a pickup scheduled for a pallet 2 days ago and carrier company didn't show up or call to reschedule. I want to cancel that shipment but I get this message when trying "You are attempting to cancel a shipment in which carrier services have already been purchased and can no longer be voided. Are you sure you want to cancel this shipment?"

My question is, will I get charged still for that shipment after cancelling?

I'm afraid to complete the cancellation and get charged still for the shipment.

Last time I checked, you only had 1 hour after shipment charges acceptance to cancel an LTL order and also cancel the shipping fee.

FWIW, SPD (UPS Ground) is 24 hours.

Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some insight. @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY is correct.

For pallet shipments, after you’ve confirmed your shipping selections and accepted the charges, you have one hour to void partnered-carrier charges and get a full refund. After that time, voiding will cancel all shipments that you have created, but you won’t be able to void the shipping charges.

If the carrier did not show and pick up the pallet please create a case with Seller Support.
