Amazon has not specifically mentioned avoiding purchases from Alibaba. How do I reactivate my account? As a new seller, I may have made a mistake, so please forgive me. I took a loan to buy this inventory, and please clarify where I went wrong with illegal and fraudulent activities so that I do not repeat it next time..
What will be the solution to this? If I deactivate this account, can I create another seller account? There must be a solution to reactivate it. Mistakes happen, and this is a mistake that I am not aware of.

That's unfortunate. Hopefully you didn't send those Alibaba purchases in to FBA. Amazon won't return items they deem to be counterfeit.

Perhaps other new sellers reading this thread will understand that it's absolutely necessary to spend weeks in Seller University, Seller Help and the Seller Forum before diving in to this venture head first.
