reserved inventory
We launched a licensed product with 8 variations 10 months ago. For each ASIN, 150-200 units were kept in reserved status. Upon inquiring, initially Amazon answered that these units had been sidelined for further investigation. We kept calling Amazon again and again, and received multiple reasons for the units being stored in reserved status, mentioned below:
1- Products have been mistakenly identified as dangerous goods, and Amazon will immediately make those products live.
2- Products have been stored in a cosmetics FC, and that's why they are kept in reserved status.
3- The fulfillment center is under maintenance; hence, Amazon cannot provide any estimated time.
Every support agent made sure they would resolve this as soon as possible, but the issue remains unresolved. However, the more pressing matter at hand is that Amazon is charging storage fees, and on top of that, we are being charged for aged inventory, which amounts to thousands of dollars. All of our ASINs have gone out of stock, yet those units are not getting live. We are being charged for inventory that never went live.
Has anyone faced something like this or can help us out in any way? Because seller support doesn't seem to care about it.

Hi @Seller_bm7j5QUlypgOX, I imagine this has been quite frustrating! I am happy to take a look. What are the case IDs you have opened with Seller Support?
