Amazon deleted my account by accident, but everything is still 'LIVE'

Hi there,

when I first started selling some years ago, Amazon recommended that I merge (link) my AU-US accounts into one. So I took their advice.

However, the US account had ongoing IT issues (which they couldn't solve) and hence they recommended me to close it. So I took their advice.

On the day my US account closed, my AU account got deleted!!! now they're telling me "That is normal because it was merged".

Aside from my seller account, my Amazon Prime (and all the content I had purchased) got deleted too and they can't recover it.

Seller account-wise, the fact of the matter is,

1. my listings are LIVE

2. my FBA inventory is LIVE

3. my store is LIVE

4. my brand registry is LIVE

However, I have ZERO access to it. Amazon is telling me that "there is no way to reinstate the account". (its true, tried everything) I have even made this new account which they are charging me for.

It's been 2 months and I have around 30 cases and calls closed without a solution.

With 0 support, I have decided to close the account for good, but Amazon won't help me delete my listing, store, brand registry, and get my FBA inventory back.

What should I do? Any advice on how to delete my listing, store, brand registry, and get my FBA inventory back?
