Hello Admin,

I encounter 5461 problem during product listing and have applied for "Seller Approval Application" but rejected. System message said" We see that you are trying to create a listing for one of the brands which is currently restricted." I don't understand why it's saying this brand is restricted. this brand is sucessfully enrolled in AMZ already.
