First review is a one star, this reviewer has only left 1 star reviews for all of their reviews for other sellers as well
I highly suspect this is not a legitimate review, as the customer has been leaving only 1 star reviews for mine and other sellers. I suspect this could be a competitor who has put in this unfair review. My product is a fairly newly launched product, and this is my first and only review, and this 1 star has pretty much killed any sales. I have submitted a case id, I hope someone from Amazon can please look into this.

I would also suggest reporting the review through Report Abuse button found by clicking on the Show Review Details button on the product detail page. This will ensure your suspicion or a suspected violation will be reviewed promptly. However, please be aware that we do not share the outcomes of suspected abuse investigations.
