Amazon lost nearly 3,000 units of goods without providing any compensation, and no one is addressing this issue.

We dispatched 9,730 units of goods to Amazon but only received 6,855 units. Despite providing the Proof of Delivery (POD) and invoices, Amazon is reluctant to offer compensation for the missing items under shipment ID FBA17N93PWRB. We have initiated a new case to investigate the shipment, yet the Amazon staff are not directly addressing this issue.
