Hi

I am trying to add a listing in the Software category using Generic as the brand.

I have already received the GTIN exemption but when I try to create the listing it is asking for GTIN again.

I also tried adding my product from the View Selling Applications page but my product is not already on Amazon and when I enter into the search it comes up not found.

Been trying to resolve this for days now.

This is such a convoluted procedure and it seems many others have had similar problems.

Come on Amazon you need to lift your game here. I just keep going in circles trying to resolve this. If something else is wrong with the listing your error messages should say exactly what is wrong. I messaged your support and all they said I likely did not fill out the manufacturer field but I did fill out that field. I am the manufacturer of the software.

Amazon if you do not find me a resolution you will not get my business.

Someone please help before I throw in the towel.
