Shipping to New Zealand from Australia (Invalid Tracking ID)

Hi Everyone,

I am doing my first FBM order to New Zealand. I use Australia Post for Australian orders and see no issues . But I am getting an invalid tracking ID warning for NZ orders, even-though tracking ID is valid and generated from Australia Post. Did you guys had the same issue?

Hi dostum,

I checked the order you provided and see that you have selected other from carrier even though there was Australia post in the drop down. You must verify that you are providing the correct tracking information for each order you ship.

Please select Australia Post Article ID or Australia Post Consignment and select the appropriate one.

This will affect your valid tracking.

Australia Post-Consignment Length: 10 to 16 characters

Example: 33UB60006501

Australia Post-ArticleID Length: 20 to 23 characters

Example: 0307063233748006000990
